Olivier Collard lives in Switzerland for almost 12 years with a 3-year detour in the USA. He is the founder of its own Belgian company Im-Pact Business Solutions and works as a consultant in processes, organization, and especially for IT departments.
He is graduate from the University of Liege as “Ingénieur civil en électricité, traitement des signaux”. He is a certified ITIL Expert.
He has worked as a coach for short strategy missions, such as for the banque Degroof, La Croix-Rouge de Belgique. He was also the project leader for the setup of new business strategies and processes for diverse organizations such as Forem, Federgon, Mercedes, UCB. He also delivers taylor-made ITIL foundation training. Participants in his training have demonstrated a success rate of 92 % in ITIL certification.
He has begun his career as an analyst and project manager for Glaverbel and worked then as an IT service manager for GSK Biologicals. He then decided to enter the SMB world and became a member of the board of Informatic Services IS, an IT service company, where he has restructured the service portfolio and sales department before becoming the head of the project department.
After these various experiences, he decided to found its own company, Im-Pact Business Solutions in April 2007.
In 2008, he co-founded SDCO for the distribution of niche applications in process management.
Olivier favors a pragmatic approach, combining strategic and operational aspects, and is definitively solution-oriented. He has in-depth experience in different roles as manager, team leader, project manager, consultant, and analysts in various sectors such as pharma, bank or industry, and hospitals. His pedagogic skills are highly appreciated by his training participants and reflected in their results.
